I almost didn’t create this project. It was originally designed by someone else as a vendor project in Unity3d, costing nearly $90,000. However, due to the removal of the NAPI plugin from Google Chrome and other browsers, the project faced an insurmountable hurdle – it could never be launched on the web.
However, I came up with a creative solution. I captured the entire simulation on screen, dividing it into smaller video segments for synchronization purposes. Then, using Storyline 2, I spliced the videos together, adding in interactions and audio to create a seamless experience.
I’m proud to say that my efforts paid off. The project, which seemed impossible to launch on the web, is now being used by students globally.
